The Master Pass

BENEFITS

• Benefits apply only to the Pass Holder of record

• Benefits are not transferable or refundable and have no cash value.

• If benefits, packages, and/or offerings are updated, changed, or are no longer available, current Pass Holders will be given 30-days’ notice via the email provided at enrollment.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Reservations canceled fewer than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time, or reservations for which the participant does not attend ("No-Shows"), will result in the following:

• The forfeiture of any credits or guest passes used for that reservation, and

•  One (1) credit or guest pass will be charged to the Pass Holder of record. If the Pass Holder does not have an available credit or guest pass at the time of the cancellation or no-show, the credit or guest pass will be deducted from the next month's allotment.

STUDIO ACCESS & CONTACT GUIDELINES

Pass Holders agree to the following guidelines:

• Follow all posted safety rules, as well as compliance with all parts of this agreement

• Use tools and equipment only with permission, and only as instructed

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Show respect to staff and other attendees

• Pass Holders are responsible for damage to studio equipment, tools, furnishings, or property caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional actions.

• The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership FOR ANY REASON, including unsafe conduct, harassment, abuse of staff or other participants, property misuse, or disregard or violation of any part of this agreement. In any case of property damage, The Studio reserves the right to charge the Member's payment method on file for repair or replacement costs.

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

Pass Holders may cancel by providing 30 days notice prior to the next scheduled renewal. Notification should be emailed to email@thedowntowndiy.com, and confirm receipt with the Owner or Studio Manager in person or by calling (830) 446-9134. The Pass Holder will receive an email acknowledging cancellation.

• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

• Memberships may not be paused or temporarily suspended without prior written authorization from the Studio

• Benefits are not transferable or refundable, and have no cash value.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

The Pass Holder authorizes The Downtown DIY to charge the payment method on file, as applicable, for:

• Monthly dues

• Retail purchases

• Product purchases

• Damage, repair, or replacement fees as permitted under this Agreement

• NSF, returned payment, chargeback, or other applicable banking fees

• The Pass Holder is responsible for maintaining a current and valid payment method on file. If a scheduled payment is declined or otherwise cannot be processed, The Downtown DIY may suspend benefits until the account is brought current. Continued non-payment will result in termination of The Master Pass.

BY PURCHASING A MASTER PASS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE GUIDELINES SET FORTH ABOVE. ACCESS TO THE STUDIO IS SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS.

PURCHASE ALSO REQUIRES A SIGNED WAIVER, WHICH WILL BE PRESENTED AT CHECKOUT
